We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return Eligibility
We Accept Returns For:

- •Defective products - Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- •Wrong item received - If you received a different product than ordered
- •Misprinted items - Products with printing errors or quality defects
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- •Change of mind - Items purchased by mistake or no longer wanted
- •Incorrect size or color - Please check product details carefully before ordering
- •Hygiene products - Items that cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
- •Normal wear and tear - Products damaged after delivery due to use
- •Items damaged by customer - Products damaged after delivery through misuse
Important: Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns for items that don't meet your personal preferences if they match the product description and quality standards.
How to Request a Return
If you've received a damaged or defective item, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us Within 30 Days
Reach out to our support team via our Contact Page or email support@ogascounty.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide Order Details & Photos
Include the following information:
- • Order number
- • Item(s) you want to return
- • Reason for return (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.)
- • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and confirm if your return is approved.
Return Instructions
Once approved, we'll send you instructions for returning the item. In most cases, you won't need to ship the item back - we'll process your refund or replacement based on the photos provided.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement of the item.

Refund Processing Time
- •Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- •Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- •Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we'll ship the new item to you at no additional cost. Replacement items typically ship within 2-7 business days.
Special Circumstances
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you never received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors. If still missing, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. We may offer a replacement or refund after the investigation.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We'll track your package and work with you to resolve the situation. Refunds for delayed orders are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Partial Orders
If you received only part of your order, please check your email for separate shipment notifications. Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If items are genuinely missing, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before production begins. After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
