Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel orders within 12 hours of placement before production begins. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as they have entered production. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Production Time

Most products are made-to-order with a production time of 2-7 business days. Estimated delivery times include production and shipping. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, and bank transfers.

You agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
  • Update payment information to keep it current
  • Pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Pay applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we cannot verify or process payment information.

Important points:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
  • Additional fees (customs, duties, taxes) for international orders are your responsibility
  • Undeliverable packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees

In summary: We accept returns within 30 days for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or personal preference.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OgasCounty or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:
