Delete Your Account

You can delete your Ogascounty account, on the website or in the Ogascounty app by OTESC, at any time. Deletion is permanent and erases your personal data, as explained below.

Other ways to delete it
In the Ogascounty app
- Open the app and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Choose Delete it now and confirm with your password, or Ask our team to do it.
By email
Email support@ogascounty.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request so nobody can delete your account without your say-so. We complete requests within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted and what we keep
Deleted straight away
- Your name, phone number and profile details
- Your saved addresses
- Your bag
- Your password and any sign-in and reset tokens, so every device is signed out
Your email address is erased from your account too, so you can sign up again with it later if you like.
Kept, and for how long
- Records of orders you placed, including what was bought, the amount and where it was shipped, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, commonly up to seven years. They are no longer linked to a profile.
- Orders already in progress will still be made and delivered.
- Newsletter: if you subscribed, unsubscribe with the link in any newsletter email, or ask us to remove you when you request deletion.
