Address Accuracy

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

- Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early
- Contact us if you still can't locate your package
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs. We'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
