Shipping Is Included in Every Price
The price you see on each product already covers shipping. There is no separate shipping charge and no minimum order amount. What you see in your cart is what you pay.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, here's what happens:
Order Confirmation (Immediate)
You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
Production (2-7 business days)
Your products are carefully prepared and quality-checked. Most items are made-to-order to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
Shipping (3-10 business days)
Your order is shipped to your address via our trusted delivery partners.
Total estimated delivery time: 5-17 business days from order placement to delivery.

Note: International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping is included in product prices for international orders too; customs duties and import taxes are separate (see below).

Stay updated on your order's journey from our facility to your doorstep:

- Check order status in your Account Dashboard
- Receive email updates at key delivery milestones
Tracking delays? Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping. If you don't see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
Important Information
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once processing begins.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early
- Contact us if you still can't locate your package
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs. We'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
